Web of Trust (WOT) has now added the top three free email services to its free security protection. This gives users of Google Gmail, Windows Live Hotmail and Yahoo! Mail even greater protection as WOT checks links embedded in emails and the symbols warn users of dangerous websites just as it does when used on search engines. This helps users to avoid spyware, spam, phishing, identity theft and other Internet scams, before they click any links.
